Services Offered
Process Service
I serve summons, subpoenas, divorce papers, eviction notices, and other legal documents quickly and professionally. My coverage area includes twelve (12) counties in the Southeast Iowa region. I attempt up to 3 times within 7-14 days with standard service, depending on my workload and location of the respondent being served.
RUSH Service
Need to have someone served in a hurry? Sometimes things just have to happen fast and for an additonal fee, we offer our RUSH service to provide same day process service to a respondent. (*Within 24 hours or less of receiving the documents, depending on time and distance. An accurate location of the respondent is also crucial.)
Skip Tracing
Can’t find the respondent or defendent? I use verified databases and investigative techniques to locate hard-to-find individuals. I want to ensure your papers are served properly and as quickly as possible. We can also use this service to locate a respondant before you file your documents with the court so your work beforehand is as accurate as possible.
Affidavit Filing
After service is completed, I handle the delivery for your affidavit of service to the appropriate county courthouse and notarized within 24 hours, saving you time and hassle. This may be done by personal delivery, email or electronic filing where available. I am also able provide video proof and GPS verification for the time and place if required.

Serve Secure Process Services provides process services to the following 12 Southeastern Iowa counties: Davis, Des Moines, Henry, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Muscatine, Van Buren, Wapello, and Washington.
Pricing List
$60.00 per service up to 3 attempts
$10.00 per each additional attempt if requested
$100.00 for same day RUSH service
$0.30 per mile over 100 miles round trip
$30.00 per skip trace
3.5% fee on credit card payments
